We currently accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We charge your card at the point of your order being dispatched. From this point your order cannot be changed or amended, so please double check your order before placing it.
Security
We realise how important it is to store your information securely. As such, we maintain the highest levels of security, and we lock all your information away in a high-security vault otherwise known as high-level SSL encryption technology – the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Our payments are processed through stripe gateway, so your transaction details really are safe with us.
Promotional Codes
From time to time, discount codes may become available to use on the site. In order to receive your discount, you must enter a valid code in the shopping basket. Discounts cannot be retrospectively added to orders and part-refunded. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
Canceling or Amending Your Order
We start processing your order right after you receive your Order Confirmation in order to get it out to you quickly. Therefore, we cannot make amendments to your orders at this time so please double check your order before placing it.
Gift Card Policy
Refund Policy Overview
Gift cards purchased from Belle Vous Spa & Salon are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by applicable law.
Non-Transferable
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold or transferred to another individual or account.
Gift Card Validity
Gift cards issued by Belle Vous Spa & Salon have a specified validity period. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and recipient to ensure that the gift card is used within the designated time frame. Expired gift cards will not be eligible for a refund or extension.
Exceptions
In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, Belle Vous Spa & Salon will provide a refund or replacement for a gift card in the following circumstances:
a. The gift card is proven to be defective or non-functional upon purchase or activation.
b. The gift card is a product of fraudulent activity or unauthorised use.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. We recommend treating gift cards like cash and keeping them in a safe place. Belle Vous Spa & Salon will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of lost or stolen gift cards.
Disputes and Resolutions
If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding a gift card purchase, please contact our customer support team at info@bellevousspa.com . We will make every effort to resolve any disputes or address your concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
Modifications to the Policy

Any changes made to this policy will be effective upon posting the updated policy on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any revisions.

Please note our cancellation policy:
When you make an appointment with Belle Vous Spa & Salon, we reserve time for you, that no one else can take. We set up the therapy area for your treatment and we reserve the therapist specifically for you. In common with all other reputable providers in our industry, we operate a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy, where we charge a 50% fee for missed appointments (No Show) or a 30% fee for rescheduled, changed or cancelled, with less than 24 Hours’ Notice for any reason, including self-isolation.
This policy is to protect the livelihood of our therapists and to protect our business from the devastating effects of missed appointments.
By booking, you agree to accept this policy, should misfortune or poor health prevent you from attending.
We require you to confirm all bookings with us online, if not your booking will be cancelled.
When booking online, a confirmation email request will be sent to you, you will be required to confirm your booking with your payment card. No monies nor payments will be debited from your card at this point. We do not know customers card details at the salon nor online, this is a secure payment system due to the financial legislation laws and data protection laws, so rest be assured.
Once you have come in for your treatment, after your treatment we will ask for your permission to process the payment, using the payment card that you had used at the time to confirm the booking. This makes paying for your treatments much more smoothly and completely contactless, no need to hunt around for your card.
You will also have an option to use another card or to pay with cash.
Please contact us directly if you have any specific problems or queries you would like to discuss. If booking over the phone a 50% deposit will have to be made to confirm your booking. All deposits will be redeemable against your treatments or refunded if cancelled within our policy guidelines.
